UCC ICT Workshop
The primary objective was to introduce participants to digital tools and AI-powered applications that could enhance education, business, and daily communication. Many attendees had limited or no prior experience with technology, so the training focused on basic digital skills, internet usage, online safety, and AI-driven educational tools. To ensure accessibility, I used a hands-on, interactive approach, allowing participants to engage with devices, practice real-world applications, and ask questions in a supportive environment.
